Soothing Rituals Order Information

1. Orders:

We accept orders via phone, or via our secure web site

2. Returns:

All returns must be approved by Soothing Rituals. Returned items must be received in satisfactory condition and proper packaging to be accepted.

3. Shipping:

We ship UPS Ground or USPS. We are now adding insurance to Priority Packages to guarantee that your package is covered if damaged. If you do not want your packaged insured, please let us know at the time of ordering. We do add a .50 cent shipping & handling fee for UPS orders to help with the cost.

4. Payment:

At this time we accept Money Order, Personal and Company checks, Visa, MasterCard, Paypal. Any checks returned for non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 plus any other applicable bank fees. You will have 30 days to pay the amount due in full before it is submitted to our credit collection service for payment. Please note, that any order being paid by check will be held until cleared by our bank.

5. Wholesale:

Yes, we do wholesale. We have a low $100 minimum. Please contact us at mail@soothingrituals.com for more information.
